Whether the project is a small renovation or new construction, we begin by documenting existing conditions and governing constraints, both governmental and homeowners associations.  At this time we will also obtain all the details regarding the owners requirements for the project. 

Design is a Team process and we will work together through frequent meetings; both in-person and electronic, to define all details, create drafts, and arrive at the fundamental design plan together. 

We will create highly detailed drawings which will allow for a complete understanding of the desired product by all Team members, and facilitate the most accurate competitive pricing from builders.  The design documents will be submitted for permit approval at this time. 

Home design is a process that never ceases throughout the project.  In the continuing process of refinement the Team will review the product and adjust the design as needed as we progress forward.
