 Next, we visit your property in Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, North Palm Beach, or The Acreage to document existing conditions and discuss your project in-depth.

 We create a customized proposal based on your needs by first understanding your goals, budget, and timeline, then outlining a clear scope of design work, estimated hours, and deliverables specific to your addition, garage, or remodel project. 

 We develop concept plans for your home addition, garage addition, or interior reconfiguration and refine them with you until the layout, flow, and exterior massing feel right.

The design documents will be submitted for permit approval at this time by either the Designer, Builder or Owner.
