 Complete Home Design is led by Mark Lever, a residential designer and former builder with more than 40 years of experience delivering projects across the Southeast and South Florida.

Mark earned a Bachelor of Building Construction from the University of Florida and has held general contractor licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, along with a North Carolina real estate broker license.

Earlier in his career, he worked as a cost and scheduling engineer, project engineer, superintendent, project manager, estimator, and eventually owner of a design‑build firm, managing projects from a few hundred thousand dollars to more than $10 million.

Today, that big‑project experience is focused on helping Palm Beach County homeowners plan additions, garages, and whole‑home remodels with the same level of coordination, budgeting discipline, and attention to detail used on commercial work.

Homeowners benefit from clear drawings, realistic cost awareness, and a practical understanding of how contractors actually build in the field.
