Mark C Lever
Complete Home Design is led by Mark Lever, a seasoned builder and designer with more than 40 years of experience delivering residential and commercial projects across the Southeast and South Florida.
Educated at the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Building Construction Management, he has held general contractor licenses in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia, along with a North Carolina real estate broker license.
Over his career, he advanced through roles as cost and scheduling engineer, project engineer, superintendent, project manager, estimator, and ultimately owner of a design‑build firm.
This background includes managing and estimating luxury homes, clubhouses, retirement communities, theaters, retail, office, and specialized facilities with project values from a few hundred thousand dollars to more than $10 million.
Today, we focus that big‑project expertise on helping Palm Beach County homeowners plan additions, garages, and whole‑home renovations with the same level of care, budgeting, and coordination used on major commercial work.
Clients benefit from clear drawings, realistic cost awareness, and a practical understanding of how contractors build in the field.
Behind the scenes, we use professional software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Sage, Procore, Primavera P6, and the full Microsoft Office suite to keep projects organized and moving.
